In fact, “Deluxe” is able to process glass of different types and sizes, thanks to the various sheet loading and unloading systems, to the transport of different sizes and to a double radiation heating system with unique performances.
The assembly of the sheets inside the climatic chamber takes place with very high precision.
The machine guarantees high quality standards and is characterized not only by the marked flexibility tailored to the customer, but also by a high efficiency rate thanks to the various solutions that KERAGLASS INDUSTRIES S.r.l. can offer for cutting PVB in line, in shape and even with an innovative automatic system called PACMAN for large slabs.
The line is managed by “Allen-Bradley” controls which, combined with a complete software, make it possible to produce any type of laminated glass with a totally automatic system, from the alignment area to the positioning of the plates.
Ergonomics also wants its part. And here are the control panels positioned in various parts of the line that allow you to better monitor the production process.
