Digital inkjet printer with "drop on demand" technology, iPlotter it is specifically designed for printing on glass plates with the use of dedicated inks, suitable for the reproduction of decorations, images and photographs for architectural structures in all sectors of reference.
iPlotter can be integrated into a production line that starts from the loading phase of the plates, printing and drying, ending with the unloading of the already dried print, with the glass ready for stratification or tempering. All in a fully automated system, including print head cleaning.
The beating heart of the system is the ceramic ink printer capable of reproducing any type of image on the plates with a resolution that reaches, in the HD model, up to 2880 dpi.
It enjoys a long series of advantages in terms of production flexibility, speed of design and execution, ease of management and maintenance. The new version is capable of incorporating up to 24 print heads that can operate with inks and effects, iPlotter offers space in a physical and figurative sense for every present and future idea or application need.
