Presented in 2019 and designed specifically for the automotive and household appliance sectors, Dinamica (in the two models 700 and 1600) represents an innovative and highly technological system in glass decoration, ideal for an integrated process aimed at the latest generation industry. .
Two different types of printing are available to the operator: "multi pass" or "single pass".
In “multi pass”, after having performed an automatic centering, the glass is stopped and scanned, with the heads moving on the piece; it is also possible to set a different color print order.
With "single pass", the group of color bars is fixed and it is the glass that moves under the print heads, allowing a single "hand" of multiple colors. The ceramic ink, constantly kept in recirculation, allows a rapid resumption of the prints, guaranteeing constant operation and flexibility of use of the machine.
Characteristics of Dinamica are the motorization of the transport with toothed belt connections (so that the rollers can move continuously, regularly and instantly), the pre-centering system of the single glass without the need for intervention by the operator and the automatic cleaning of the print heads with an automated system that avoids machine downtime.
The machine's point of excellence is the wide range of ceramic inks developed for top standards. The chromatic range is made up of pure and ecological colors, free of cadmium and lead, composed of frits and special pigments for the best adhesion of the ink to the glass. Each individual print head is designed to achieve maximum color brilliance and speed. All color bars are individually removable for easy maintenance and cleaning.
On leaving the printer, the Power Dry drying system comes into action for perfect drying of the ink. The drying process takes place with "IR lamps" placed above the roller surface and with recirculation of hot air. Two heating modules and a cooling module allow the glass to be dried and cooled at exemplary speed.
Supervising everything is the “smart” heart of the system, the Supervision Intelligent which sublimates the man-machine relationship in the name of technology. The operator has a large "touch screen" monitor with a complete graphic interface for total control of operations (including any routine maintenance to keep the machine at its best). Thanks to a dedicated software, the operator can control the ink parameters (temperature, pressure, recirculation pumps and level sensors).
