The CHIARA range of edging machines has been designed to meet the flexibility and productivity needs of the second glass processing industry. The CHIARA edging models are able to process sheets with dimensions from 2000x3000mm up to 3300x18000mm: it is equipped with 4 grinding heads with 8/10 spindles that grind the 4 sides of the glass simultaneously even on irregular geometries. CHIARA is the only edger capable of processing glass sheets of different sizes and thicknesses, in a continuous sequence, without the need for manual adjustments between one glass and another. In fact, it is equipped with a high degree of automation: automatic setting of thickness and size between each single slab in sequence; automatic change of finish between each side of the same slab or between two consecutive slabs; grinding spindles with automatic wheel positioning and wear recovery.

CLEAR MTP 8

Integrated with an automatic loading and the Francesca machining center, it is the ideal machine for processing regular curtain walls or doors, shower boxes, etc. and requires only one operator to supervise the production.
CLEAR MODULAR
This unique machine performs grinding and polishing operations on all sides of the glass, even out of square. The know-how that FORVET S.p.a. has acquired with the previous models of this machine, the specific knowledge of glass processing in a static position, the highest experts in NC programming and the most excellent mechanical developments, have brought FORVET S.p.a. towards achieving a huge step forward in glass grinding.
CLEAR MULTIFLEX
Multiflex has been designed to meet the needs of the market for large special slabs. Up to a maximum of 3300 × 18000 mm the machine is able to process glass sheets of different sizes, thicknesses, shapes, in a continuous sequence, without the need for manual adjustments between one glass and another. Multiflex integrates grinding with a CNC machining center, combining the productivity of the edger with the versatility of a CNC. This allows the execution of different processes - edge polishing, carving, milling, drilling - without having to reposition the large slab, thus eliminating the risk of damage during handling and eliminating the degree of inaccuracy due to incorrect repositioning. Furthermore, the machine is able to handle two pieces at the same time, even if they are different from each other. What makes CHIARA a truly unique solution in the configuration for large glass is its small footprint in the workshop. In fact, comparing it with an edger with the same maximum dimensions, CHIARA will only use 1/3 of the required space.
