forel confirms its participation in Vitrum 2023 (September 5-8, Milan – IT) demonstrating the same passion as always with an impressive stand of over 1100 square meters. In keeping with its style, the company will present its best technologies for insulating glass assembly and flat glass processing. There will be no shortage of novelties: in this edition Forel will exhibit in a world preview a new solution dedicated to the insulating glass sector, in particular as regards the management of the finished product. With his presence, Forel reaffirms his opinion on this appointment:
"Vitrum for Forel, it is not one of the many activities to be included or not included in the budget. It is the main event of Gimav, the national trade association of which we have been a member for over forty years” he comments Richard Vianello, CEO and Vice President of Forel. "We believe that Vitrum has a special value: that of positioning Italian companies as holders of glass knowledge and technology. Unfortunately, not all of them are of the same opinion as us: for us, fairs are the time to present our products to customers, to collect feedback, to understand and discuss market trends. It is therefore essential that there is an Italian fair dedicated to glass automation, because some of the first companies in the world in our sector were born and operate in Italy. Forel has therefore chosen to believe in Vitrum: it is necessary to be able to see the value of an initiative even beyond the mere calculation or the "return on investment". This is the case with Vitrum 2023: it's time to give, rather than ask".
Solutions exposed to Vitrum '23
A Vitrum 2023 the line for assembling insulating glass with thermoplastic profile will be in operation. It is a bivalent, highly automated model, capable of processing even the traditional rigid profile double glazing.
Before pressing, the slabs will settle in the new one Buffer Station, where the thermoplastic spacer will be able to stabilize for a better subsequent seal. This patented solution enhances the characteristics of the product and increases the panel assembly speed.
The line ends with the new Sorting system for the finished panel, an innovative proposal presented in world preview at Vitrum 2023. This integrated logistics solution allows the newly sealed panels to be stored in a special automatic warehouse, from where they can then be recalled at a later time, thanks to a special ID, in a sequence useful for the shipment of individual orders.
