FOREL S.p.a. confirms his confidence in VITRUM as a strategic event for the sector, bringing innovations in terms of automation and innovation as usual. On the occasion of the 2021 edition (5-8 October, Milan, Italy), the newcomer in the double glazing range will be in operation FOREL S.p.a., in a totally automated configuration: the line for the assembly of insulating glass with thermoplastic profile.
The solution will be inserted in a completely automated context which, according to the principles of industry 4.0, will be managed from a single location, always guaranteeing high productivity and precision.
The line will be powered by the Sorting System Art. SS, the FOREL S.p.a. for the management of glass sheets within the production flow, capable of automating the storage and handling of glass sheets, based on the production schedule. The value of Sorting is obvious: no bottleneck, no sequence error, no slowdown or indecision but a clear gain in productivity, order, flexibility, safety and quality.
Sorting will feed the “High Tech” double glazing line with a thermoplastic profile. The new applicator Art. TA will make its debut in this solution, developed for perfect positioning of the product, according to two key principles: productivity and ease of use. The interface already contains all the most commonly used work programs and the various options related to thermoplastic products: its use is user-friendly, simple and intuitive. Always with a view to high productivity, the change of the profile thickness is completely automatic: the operator can create a thermoplastic spacer of different thickness simply by modifying the working parameters, directly from the PC.
From the drum, the product is pumped up to the relaunching groups, consisting of two accumulators that feed the dosers, working in tandem and guaranteeing non-stop extrusion. This configuration proves to be particularly strategic when replacing the keg, which does not involve any slowdown in production. The continuity of the extrusion is also continuously monitored thanks to the temperature control system along the entire duct.
The press coupler Art. AP has been enriched with a dedicated option, developed in compliance with the specific characteristics of the thermoplastic spacer. However, it is a trivalent model, capable of processing even panels with rigid or flexible frames if necessary.
The last process will be entrusted to the Art. SR “High Tech” sealing machine, already widely appreciated in the production of double glazing with rigid or flexible profile, which proves to be perfectly suitable even in the presence of the thermoplastic product. The process ends with an innovative automatic unloading system, developed on the basis of the specific characteristics of this type of double-glazing unit, but which in effect proves to be a new integrated, functional and extremely useful logistic resource even in the unloading of rigid profile panels. or flexible.
There will also be proposals for FOREL S.p.a. for the preparation of the traditional rigid profile: the profile bender Art. PB, the desiccant charge Art. DF and the manual butylating machine art. MB. The profile bender, top of the range in its category thanks to its exclusive "Smart Arm" patent, has also been enriched by a series of novelties for the bending of the plastic profile, in order to offer a perfect 90 ° "radiusless" finish and a exceptional productivity.
