Selection of the STRATO laminating film® more suitable for the specific application, execution of compatibility checks between STRATO products® and other inserts and optimization of the parameters of the glass lamination process, lead the customer towards the decision most aligned with his needs. To make the lamination process even easier, Satinal provides ad hoc technical support for each customer's production chain and 24-hour assistance in case of need.
Furthermore, the production of the entire Satinal product range is based in Erba, Italy, and uses only raw materials of European origin. Satinal's supply chain thus allows in-depth quality control of incoming raw materials, constant quality of the same and significantly reduces production and delivery times: the finished product is delivered to European customers in extremely short times, up to 48 hours.
TK also bases its strategy on the technical support offered to the customer: the dedicated office supports the customer on site with one-to-one inspections and lessons, in the pre and post sales. The technical office visits the customer not only to recommend the most suitable type of machinery, but also to analyze the spaces and customize the system to be installed in the best possible way. At the time of purchase, however, the technical team accompanies the customer in getting to know the machine, assembling and testing it first, and then explaining its correct use and necessary maintenance in a one-to-one lesson, so as to make the customer independent up to from the first moment.
