Sustainability: how can laminated glass contribute to climate change mitigation?

In this scenario, STRATO® has adopted a sensitive approach and invested in new generation technologies.
Recently, in fact, the STRATO® range was the subject of an in-depth analysis aimed at evaluating the environmental profile of its product range, in terms of CO2 impact, considering the life cycle of the materials and secondary products involved.
The results obtained confirmed that STRATO® EVA Carbon Free is the best European zero impact product range. With a score of 1,13 [kg CO2 eq] STRATO® has obtained the ISCC PLUS certification. The STRATO® environmental profile is a benchmark score for developing a road map towards zero carbon aspirations in 2050.
Satinal and the sustainable approach.
Green energy: Satinal has chosen to use only 100% clean electricity, produced from the crystalline waters that flow from the peaks of Trentino, avoiding the emission of 167.8711 tonnes of CO2 in 2022, in order to preserve the planet and guarantee a sustainable future for new generations.
Solar panels: 500 panels with a power of 200 kWp were installed on the company roof to provide new alternative energy for all Satinal company departments, significantly reducing CO2 emissions.
