We have already spoken in previous publications of the Laser that removes silver plating and all types of reflective and Low-E varnishes and coatings, leaving the glass completely transparent, of the Laser that engraves Low-E glass for the production of heated glass for refrigerator doors. and anti-fog glasses in general, combined with our HG SoftMek software for the automatic calculation of the cuts on the coating to determine the working temperature of the glass.
The newcomer is the Laser of only drilling and making notches and grooves on the edge of the glass.
The drilling can be of any shape starting from the classic round hole to holes of any geometry (oval, rectangular, trapezoidal, etc.) with a maximum size of 80x80mm which can reach 100x100mm with the use of very sophisticated optics.
The work times that are close to the classic waterjet cutting systems but with a great advantage, in addition to working in the absence of water and abrasive, do not generate waste to be disposed of and above all work with a power of about 3Kw against the power required by the hydrojet which is about 40 Kw
Thanks to a sophisticated laser source Made in Germany and to an appropriate software for managing the entire drilling process, we are able to create customized machines in collaboration with our customers to meet their technical / economic needs.
