Glass Company, born from the ten-year experience of its founder Claudio Bernabucci, since 2001 has been marketing and manufacturing glass processing machines, in particular systems for the production of safety glass (tempering furnaces, EVA lamination furnaces, PVB lamination lines with autoclave), laser machines, machinery for the production of EI fire resistant glass, painting systems, digital printing and screen printing etc.

Innovation and continuous research: these are the "musts" of the company which has specialized, in recent years, in High-Tech systems and machines such as lasers, coatings and surface treatments, intelligent glass and multimedia, photovoltaic equipment.
But the real key to Glass Company's success is the ability to collaborate with the customer from the idea, to the design up to the installation of the required technological solutions.
The design and construction of systems equipped with particular advanced technologies, the study of innovative solutions and the extremely positive feedback received from the sector have prompted Glass Company to create a new GlassMek division which includes 4 large families: LaserMek, SoftMek, FireMek and PlasMek LASERMEK: ULTRA-FAST LASER MACHINES Equipped with a fiber or other laser source, specially designed for the glass sector, they are ideal for ABLATION and ENGRAVING of any type of coating, they leave the glass completely transparent or with an opaque effect.
The ultra-fast laser machines are also ideal for CUTTING and DRILLING glass and available in various sizes upon request.
Cutting and drilling glass in the absence of water is a very important and long-awaited goal for all flat glass producers.
The laser source used has very low power consumption, has no tools and tolerances are respected indefinitely as the laser beam has no wear problems.
The life of a laser source is very long, it can exceed 25.000 hours and has no usage limitations, a laser source can work 24/24 hours without requiring any adjustment or tool change.
Due to the particular laser technology used, the laser cutting and drilling machines are designed and manufactured on specific customer request to adapt perfectly to their needs.
SOFTMEK: HG SQUARE CALCULATION PROGRAM This calculation program has been specially developed for the calculation of the position of the coating cuts, the electrical conductivity and other parameters necessary to produce HEATING GLASS with specified parameters.
GH Square is run on the laser machine computer.
FIREMEK: MACHINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FIRE-RESISTANT GLASS The system is able to produce the entire range of flat and curved fire-resistant glass in the various resistance classes of 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes, i.e. glasses that guarantee the highest protection.
The glass is formed by at least two parallel plates spaced apart by a spacer dedicated to this use and by a layer of sealant, one more internal and one more external.
A very transparent intumescent dispersion responsible for the fire-retardant properties of the glass is fed inside the sheets.
This intumescent dispersion is produced and inserted into the double glazing using Firemek, a machine which, thanks to its construction feature and the components with which it is made, is able to guarantee a homogeneous mixture free of internal gases.
PLASMEK: ATMOSPHERIC PLASMA This atmospheric plasma is used for the pre-treatment of glass surfaces, in order to improve the adhesion strength of the applied material.

ACCESSORIES - LEVELMEK: method of measuring roll undulation distortions on tempered glass in compliance with EN 12150-1:2015 standard.
- ELECTRONIC POLARSCOPE: fully computerized instrument for measuring the internal stress of flat and curved tempered glass in a non-destructive way; the measurements will be recorded and displayed as a digital image.
- PORTABLE POLARISCOPE: tool for the visual assessment of the residual voltage of tempered glass which uses the polarization of light to detect the voltage in the glass.
