The RCN laminating ovens date back to 2003, the year in which the company presented its first system called "autoclavefree", then lamination without an autoclave but with a vacuum bag system, a novelty and success of the last fifteen years. In the following years and currently, RCN has been committed to finding technical solutions for more performing machinery that can increase production.
With this in mind, the company has developed the Modular system, that is the possibility of production upgrades on some types of lamination furnaces. It means that the customer can choose from the range of System ovens and can later add modules, with a double advantage: to increase the production capacity of the existing oven, without having to buy a new one, and to divide up the investment.
The production flexibility that RCN offers to customers is very important, with the possibility of feasibility study and customization according to the different production needs.
It is also possible to install a complete production line that includes: bending furnace, chemical hardening and lamination
The furnaces are accompanied by the offer of a stratification interlayer, REVA BF, of RCN SOLUTIONS formulation, and with high quality specifications: 12kg / cm2 of adhesion on glass; crystalline transparency, no over-firing, certified, quality control.
