Fratelli Pezza - Basile makes an encore: a new Mistral EVolution sandblaster

It was back in 1996 when Basile Vetri of Aci Catena (CT) bought MISTRAL 1200, the first automatic sandblaster installed in Sicily. Now he has decided to replace the old sandblasting booth with a brand new MISTRAL 180EVolution.
Basile Vetri, founded in 1965, is an example of how Italian passion and craftsmanship, combined with the industrialization of the production process, make it possible to offer unique decoration solutions of their kind, which arouse great interest among architects and interior designers. By exploiting the qualities of Mistral 1200 for more than 20 years, the Sicilian glass factory has been able to respond to the needs of the market by creating normal, light and engraved sandblasting for all tastes. Now, thanks to the functions of the new Mistral EV sandblasting cabinet, it will also be able to carry out progressive sandblasting (also called shaded) intended for modern architectural solutions such as, for example, shower cubicles, doors, partitions, balustrades and parapets. Sandblasting on the mirrors will also be easier thanks to the static electricity reduction system in the cabin, which eliminates the risk of damage to the surface of the plate.
