ED 101 a vertical machining center that allows you to combine multiple processes in a single plant capable of performing all processes with extreme speed and precision. The machine allows you to perform any processing on flat glass sheets and combines all the technology of vertical drilling and milling with the characteristics of a vertical grinder.
The processes that the machine can perform are many:
GRINDING: it is performed using diamond wheels with a diameter of 150mm and can be performed on straight and shaped glass even if laminated or treated.
POLISHING: it can be carried out both on large surfaces with wheels with a diameter of 150mm and in small inserts with wheels with a diameter of 50 or 30mm
DRILLING: thanks to the opposing heads, it is performed with maximum speed and always guaranteeing excellent quality and precision of the hole.
COUNTERSINK: it can be carried out both with single diamond tools and adjusted according to the customer's needs by the program and with accessories mounted on the diamond core bits.
BORING/MILLING: thanks to the extreme sturdiness and precision of the system, milling is a fast and simple operation to perform and with multiple tools it is possible to obtain a milled and ground insert in a few seconds.
