SKILL SFILL is a numerically controlled vertical edging and filleting machine with 9 axes for automatically filleting, grinding and polishing flat and shaped glass sheets with a thickness from 3 to 21 mm. The machine is made up of eight axes and two electro-spindles that allow to work the parallel horizontal sides of the slabs at the same time.
The processes that the machine can perform are many:
GRINDING: it is performed using diamond wheels with a diameter of 150mm and can be performed on straight and shaped glass even if laminated or treated.
POLISHING: it can be carried out both on large surfaces with wheels with a diameter of 150mm.
THREADING: can be done with both heads with peripheral “V” diamond wheels.
