La PANINI S.r.l. is a family-owned company based in Maranello, Modena.
The plant has over 5.000 m² of production area and a layout particularly designed to rationalize production according to ISO9001 requirements.
As for the GLASS sector, the PANINI S.r.l. completes its activity for the construction of autoclaves suitable for the stratification process of flat, curved and special laminated glass sheets, both of the tempered and hardened type. The autoclaves PANINI S.r.l. they are pressurized chambers where uniformity conditions are guaranteed by a forced air recirculation system consisting of a fan motor coupled to an impeller and an air distribution plenum.
The dimensions of the autoclaves are intended to be suitable for the dimensions of the flat glass plates with standard dimensions such as:
- 1.300 × 2.500 mm.
- 1.600 × 3.500 mm.
- 1.800 × 3.500 mm.
- 2.200 × 3.500 mm.
- 2.600 × 4.000 / 5.000 mm.
- 2.800 × 5.000 / 6.000 mm.
- 3.210 × 6.000 / 8.000 mm.
- 3.300 × 6.000 / 8.000 mm. and beyond for extra sheet lengths
The available heating systems are:
- Electric
- Gas with recirculation of diathermic oil
- Indirect steam
The cooling systems are:
- Open circuit evaporative cooling tower
- Closed circuit cooling systems
- Mains or well water
Customizations are also provided for the various manual and automatic loading systems.
PANINI S.r.l. boasts state-of-the-art transformation machinery for maximum reliability of welding on pressure bodies, plasma cutting with computerized control and the absolute separation of the production lines in charge of stainless steel and carbon steel processing.
