DENVER S.p.a. puts on the field the latest born, is a hundred of universal vertical work and it is called Surface.
Surface represents the ideal solution for laboratories that need to carry out fast and accurate drilling, milling and flaring operations on already ground glass, Surface will be presented as a world premiere at Vitrum2021 from 5 to 8 October in Milan.
Always attentive to the needs of flat glass processing DENVER S.p.a. proposes on its machines increasingly innovative solutions and technical contents of great impact and Surface does not disappoint expectations, it comes with a central base made of a single block of hot-dip galvanized normalized steel and in its standard configuration it includes double servo-ventilated electrospindle with ISO40 connection 7,8 Kw MAS-ARC (S6) 10.000 rpm and double linear automatic tool magazine, the front one with 12 positions and the rear one with 10 positions.
The machine is managed through an OSAI Open Smart series numerical control for the management of the 6 axes, and the control console is equipped with a 22 ”color monitor.
Surface is available in two variants, a “naked” and a fully faired one, both with a modern and innovative design to offer maximum safety and ease of use even for the less experienced operator.
With Surface, the Denver line of machines is completed with a fast and precise milling / drilling machine, configurable both as a versatile and fast machine to be placed side by side with straight and bilateral lines and as a high-productivity line of doors and shower boxes in combination with Advance.
