How to go from 9 to 6 minutes per cycle using the Low-E of the M.L.I. S.r.l.
La M.L.I. S.r.l. “Italian Polishing Wheels” presented the latest generation of Low-E wheels on the market, which promise a great removal capacity and a remarkable speed of execution.
These are highly performing wheels ideal for any type of coating, both the thinnest and the thickest ones.
The wheels have been subjected to many tests, including aging, seizing, linear single-pass grinding on TPF glass, all tests have given excellent results.
When Luca Moreschi was asked what the strength of his Low-E's was, the answer was: “Customerisation”.
The wheels are in fact available in the standard dimensions 200x10x76,2 and 200x20x76,2 m M.L.I. S.r.l. is able to create ad hoc wheels according to the customer's needs, in terms of size, hardness and elasticity.
As he himself tells us, it is not the customer who has to adapt to the wheel, but the wheel that has to adapt to his needs.
In this way, a remarkable execution speed is obtained, passing from 9 to 6 minutes per cycle.
