The TPEN series vehicles are the ideal transporters for handling laminated glass: they are equipped with a “Sicur-Lift” lifting system which guarantees double mechanical and hydraulic safety, for maximum load stability in all circumstances; they have constructional and dimensional characteristics such as to be able to deposit the racks with glass inside the autoclave and remove them once the process is finished with high standards of flexibility and safety.
Transport vehicles with a capacity of 15-30-50 tons and over, used for handling DLF / LES glass up to jumbo sheets, thanks to the dimensions of the platform that can be customized according to the needs of the individual customer. Versions with radio-controlled or LGV (laser guided) drive systems are available, used both for flat glass applications and for automated loading and unloading of the material from the autoclave. With a very resistant frame, high stability and quality components and thanks to the high maneuverability and visibility given by special sensors, positioning inside the autoclave is extremely simple and easy for the operator, reducing maneuver times and optimizing personnel and costs and ensuring the highest levels of safety and reliability.
