BELFORT Srl began its activity in 1971, with the creation of butylating machines and extruders for mono / bicomponent sealants for double glazing, known and appreciated on the international market as reliable and durable machines.
The top of the range is represented by the model H / 505 / B or S / 505 / B, hydraulic extruder for two-component sealants, characterized precisely by a hydraulic extrusion system that gives particular power characteristics that allow consistent flow rates of the product.
In 1979 Belfortglass diversified its areas of expertise, starting the production of diamond tools for glass processing, expanding and developing the various types very quickly (different sizes and metal or resinoid binders for multiple machine models).
Belfortglass produces grinding wheels for flat edge and round edge straight lines, flat edge and round edge double edgers, bevelling machines and machines for prismatic mirrors and numerically controlled machines, distinguishing itself for high quality level, excellent working speed and remarkable flexibility of use.
Taking advantage of over 30 years of experience in the sector, the company is able to propose for each machine a very precise combination of diamond tools with particular characteristics and tested in the field after various applications.
The acquisition of Zanetti Macchine Srl, a historical brand, known for the production of glass processing machines, characterized by the use of simplified technology and high precision mechanical systems, dates back to 2003.
Currently Belfortglass continues the production of two models of machines: model BK2, semiautomatic machine for edge grinding and bevelling of shaped glass, and model Diamatic, specific machine for edge processing.
