The activity of the MALNATI S.a.s. in the flat glass sector, which began in 1978, it initially developed with only horizontal and vertical washing machines and subsequently starting from 1987 with the production of systems and accessories for the production of insulating glass and special systems produced at the request of customer.
Currently the plant is located in Gallarate (Va) where in particular only assembly is carried out, while some realizations of particular pieces and the painting of the same is carried out externally by loyal suppliers.
As regards the Horizontal Washing Machines, the range includes models for small sizes (600, 800 and 1000) and models for medium and large sizes (from 1300 to 3300), while the range of Vertical Washing Machines includes models from 1300 to 3400 with 4 or 6 cylindrical brushes.
The strength of the company is to be able to customize customer requests, building the machines according to specific working needs, allowing the washing machines to be easily inserted into filleting, drilling and grinding systems, both in the Horizontal version and in the Vertical version.
We have recently exceeded the number of 3000 washer-dryers, this demonstrates that experience and professionalism are always an important "added value" in the choice of customers.
