    Rollmac a Vitrum 2023

Even this year Rollmac, Gemata division specialized in the production of machines for flat glass, will participate in early September Vitrum, the historic Italian event dedicated to the glass industry.

Inside the stand D34-E33 in hall 7, the company will bring on display the GLASSLINE 2600 and the COLORGLASS 600: both are top seller machines of the brand, recognized in the sector for their precision results, reliability and durability over time.

GLASS LINE is a non-detachable system for the perimeter painting of flat glass sheets, made up of an infeed roller conveyor with liftable spheres, a painting head with engraved cylinder and an exit roller conveyor.
The machine uses the special working method with reverse cylinder which guarantees excellent distribution of the glazes, with a homogeneous coverage and edges with perfectly defined bands. The width of the bands can be easily changed from 5 to 300 mm via the operator panel but, above all, the machine control PLC allows you to set a frame with 4 bands of different widths, perfectly parallel to each other, on the same slab.
The system can coat slabs of any size, from a minimum of 300×300 mm, up to handling large ones 3200×6000 mm, thanks to a specific support with removable spheres that manages the cantilevered slab part.
The module can be installed individually or integrated into larger painting lines and is ideal for the needs of the glass sectors for building and furnishings, such as external architectural structures, internal walls, furnishing components, etc.

COLORGLASS, on the other hand, is the single-cylinder machine for glazing and design printing with an engraved cylinder of flat glass plates, available with a useful working width from 600 to 2600 mm.
Designed to process any type of flat glass on the market, it is ideal both for small-sized processes, such as tiles, decorative elements and furnishing accessories, and for large-scale processes such as facades and internal walls.
It is a versatile technology that provides the sync mode for design effects and the reverse mode for generic coverings: its strong points are the quick color change system and the usability given by its simplicity of use.

In addition to the machines on display, the team Rollmac will be available to visitors to illustrate the entire technological offer of the brand, including the MULTIGLASS, JUMBOGLASS machines and the MICROMIX and FOAMMIX foaming machines.
