CMS YPSOS: the new CMS vertical machining center to achieve the best reliability ever in the category of vertical NC for glass processing.

Ypsos is the best vertical machining center developed by CMS for processing float and laminated glass sheets, entirely designed thanks to over 50 years of experience in the machine tool sector. The project was conceived to achieve the best reliability ever in the vertical NC category. The new software has been designed to make the user interface more efficient and intuitive than ever. Depending on the chosen configuration, Ypsos can perform filleting, polished and industrial grinding, milling and coaxial drilling operations. The machine combines absolute precision and quality with the productivity and versatility advantages typical of vertical machining. Available in 3 standard sizes, it allows the processing of small and large slabs up to a maximum of 6000 x 3300 mm (other maximum workable dimensions are available on request). Ypsos can be used as a stand alone machine, in line with a drill-cutter or inside a double-glazing line.
