COLORGLASS is the single cylinder roller machine designed by Rollmac for the glazing and design printing, using an engraved cylinder, of processes ranging from small dimensions such as tiles, decorative elements, components and furnishing accessories, to large dimensions such as glass for facades and internal walls. Its single-cylinder design makes it particularly suitable for companies that work with large productions and do not need frequent item changes.
The versatility of the machine allows you to easily paint all types of flat glass on the market, with sheet thicknesses from 2 to 25 mm and working heights from 600 to 2600 mm, and is ideal for both the research and development needs of laboratories and for the largest and most complex industrial production lines.
COLORGLASS introduces innovative design solutions allowing to work with cylinder engraved in reverse, for generic covers of any type of product, and with cylinder engraved in synchro to obtain, instead, the effects of drawing printing; the enamel application is perfectly homogeneous and the guaranteed working speed is from 0,5 to 6 m / min.
The offer of a wide range of engraved cylinders, both in chromed steel and in rubber, gives the possibility to deposit on the glass, in a single step, a uniform and constant quantity of wet enamel from 30 to 400 g / mXNUMX, without leave traces of paint on the edges of the plate. In addition, special laser-engraved rubber-coated cylinders are available both for enamelling and to create screen printing effects on glass sheets that are not perfectly planar and have hollows.
Great strengths of COLORGLASS are:
- the speed of color change, with a complete article change, in a maximum of 15 minutes;
- the geometry of the conveyor belt, made of special rubber and resistant to chemical products, which ensures perfect alignment and constant flatness;
- the "edge jump" device that avoids the accumulation of color in the initial and final part of the sheet;
- its constructive ergonomics that make its use easy to understand;
- simplification of maintenance operations as the moving mechanisms have been reduced to a minimum, with a consequent limited consumption of wear parts and spare parts;
- the operator panel on which all the machine controls and the digital displays of the working values are available, with the adjustment of the motorized working thickness through digital control;
- the possibility of being stand alone or arranged in a larger production line.
