The FULL VISION double glazing production line is an innovative solution presented by Glass Company for the production of double glazing with transparent glass spacers. Originally developed for the refrigeration sector, this line has also found wide applications in interior design and contemporary architecture.
The plant is designed to cover all stages of processing, from laser cutting of glass spacers to simultaneous grinding of spacers, up to automated assembly of double glazing. The use of technologies such as PLASMEK plasma treatment and the remotely programmable dosing nozzle allow the perfect application of a special UV-crosslinking glue that guarantees a perfect coupling between the glass components with a very high quality finish.
The result is a double glazing unit with total transparency, minimal use of aluminum and high energy efficiency, thanks to the drastic reduction of thermal bridges. The final product is ideal for applications where consumption containment is required for greater energy savings.
