Robotic solutions LATTUADA

ADELIO LATTUADA S.r.l., together with its strategic partner Knittel Glass, is offering robotic solutions for any type of need and application.

Increased automation levels, higher flexibility, big increase of the productivity, production optimization, costs reduction and increased safety are only few of the main characteristics.
Any kind of robotic application related to the glass industry can be evaluated (CNCs, double-edgers, cutting, tempering or IG lines, etc.).

Regarding the pre-processing area, many different solutions and configurations can be offered: from the most sold solution with 2 edgers and 1 robot to fully automated cells with 2 machines and 2 or 3 robots. Also other configurations can be offered like 1 machine and 1 robot or 4 machines and 3 robots, for example.

Lattuada vertical washers as well as other new or already existing (Lattuada or third party) machines can be added to the lines.

Lattuada Robotic Solution is part of Lattuada’s cyberAL project, which includes also A-WR and i-AL packages to increase machines automation to the top level.
