Intermac, which has always been attentive to the development of new solutions in line with market trends, has created over the last decade solutions for the cutting of laminated and monolithic glass, with the aim of creating efficiency and automation in the processing of the two materials. Thus was born, from the pioneering spirit of Intermac, the Genius Comby series, integrated lines with high productivity obtained from the intelligent combination of a cutting table for monolithic glass (Genius CT-PLUS) and a table for cutting laminated glass (Genius LM-A ).
The Comby Plus are synonymous with innovation and guarantee high productivity in small spaces thanks to the presence of the vertical lung (Intermac patent) on the monolithic table, the static monolithic glass breakout function and the option of breakout bars integrated into the belts.
In order to guarantee the highest quality of workmanship and results, the Genius CT-PLUS cutting benches are equipped with an automatic tool magazine with six positions able to perform different cuts on the same plate, always using the most suitable tool.

Comby solutions guarantee a reduction of 20% of the necessary production area, without compromising the productivity of the line and an increase of up to 60% in productivity for laminated glass compared to a normal combination.
In Comby solutions, the operator is an integral part of the processing sequence. This means that the operator can interact with the machine, increasing efficiency thanks to operations performed simultaneously with the automatic cycle, further improving the output.
