The presence of non-compliance therefore allows the glass to be stopped before entering the press, intervening on any defects before the formation of the double glazing.
    IGU scanner is the system that allows you to check the finished double-glazing unit: installed after the press, before the sealing machine, IGU scanner detects defects of various kinds (scratches, stains, bubbles or inclusions, dirt, residues) in the transparent area of ​​the double-glazing unit, checking also the position of the groove. The available parameters allow you to adjust the desired quality level, by setting the dimensions of the acceptable defects or the tolerances relating to the position of the groove. A check at the end of the line to guarantee the quality of the products before delivery to the customer.
