2007-2022: GlassInspector turns 15, the scanner for the detection of defects on double-glazing lines that marked the turning point in the history of Deltamax, starting the production of artificial vision solutions for small and medium enterprises.
Over the years, the inspection systems made by Deltamax have been renewed in terms of components, performance and type of control, multiplying the possible responses to customers with the most different and stringent needs.
Installations on double-glazed lines have been more than 200, in more than 30 countries around the world, testifying to a tested and reliable software, capable of satisfying customers with different levels of quality.
Alongside the GlassInspector system, still current today thanks to the innovations made both to the software and to the hardware that characterize it, in recent years Q + has established itself, the only system on the market capable of detecting the infamous halos, the Achilles' heel of standard solutions. .
Recently two new solutions, intended for double-glazing lines, have been released and installed at historical and new customers: IGU scanner and the ADV version of GlassInspector.
The ADV version of GlassInspector, which can be installed after the groove laying station (manual or with automatic system), allows to integrate the defect control with the control of the groove position. The presence of non-compliance therefore allows the glass to be stopped before entering the press, intervening on any defects before the formation of the double glazing.
IGU scanner is the system that allows you to check the finished double-glazing unit: installed after the press, before the sealing machine, IGU scanner detects defects of various kinds (scratches, stains, bubbles or inclusions, dirt, residues) in the transparent area of the double-glazing unit, checking also the position of the groove. The available parameters allow you to adjust the desired quality level, by setting the dimensions of the acceptable defects or the tolerances relating to the position of the groove. A check at the end of the line to guarantee the quality of the products before delivery to the customer.
