Renewed comfort and safety on the top of the Dolomites

Comfort and safety at the Chalet Fiat among the suggestive peaks of Madonna di Campiglio, located at 2100 meters above sea level.

Completely renovated, it has become a contemporary and refined accommodation facility, attentive to spaces and above all attentive to its guests, who are passionate about skiing and the mountains.

The building was designed with innovative techniques that guarantee sustainability and respect for the environment that surrounds it, one of the main features are the large windows that enhance nature.
At Chalet Fiat there are bar, restaurant, seven suites, a reading room, a small spa with sauna and relaxation area overlooking the Dolomites.

The architectural form of this new building is the result of design choices that took into account the context around the hotel, choices that sought to establish an emotional relationship between architecture and landscape.
To define the shape and structure of the new building, the architects Giovanni Berti and Monica Fondriest. of the Artistudio studio, have exploited the exceptional panoramic position to transform the existing building into a privileged observatory of Grostè, Crozzon di Brenta, Adamello and Presanella groups.

The complex appears in perfect balance with the surrounding environment and is linked to the mountain above all for the use of natural materials - wood and dolomite stone - and for the large solar control windows, facing the Dolomites, offering guests a breathtaking view from every perspective.

The traditional color of wood is present both on external elements on the façade and in the frames of the windows, as well as continuing in the interiors in the finishes of the furnishings, such as false ceilings and walls.

The wood is combined, especially on the façades, with a rectangular cladding of anthracite gray dolomite stone that contrasts the colors and recalls the shades of the surrounding mountains.
Triple insulating glass units were chosen for the glazing. A four-season selective glass was chosen to best combine the performance required in both winter and summer, which does not neglect the contribution of natural light.
