TRIULZI CESARE SPECIAL EQUIPMENTS launches the new washing machine for the treatment of symmetrical and asymmetrical / curved curved glass: SURF. Patented and of the latest generation, it is able to satisfy every washing and drying need of curved glass.
All in stainless steel, SURF has an innovative, elegant and essential design, with a perfectly closed and insulated panel structure, and meets the highest standards of quality, durability and reliability.
The washing consists of a single complete circuit with brushes for washing the two sides of the slab and is completed by an “easy-maintenance” tank, to facilitate all cleaning and inspection operations.
The drying takes place by means of blowers that automatically adjust the distance according to the thickness, and avoid any residual drops along the edges of the glass.
Equipped with a 4.0 kit which includes:
• Teleservice connected to the TRIULZI headquarters to monitor and intervene on all the automation parts of the line
• management and control of water quality and temperature
• recording and exporting of data on files
