DIAMOND DRILLS BY FABRIZIO AND DAVIDE GALLI Snc presents the new line of trapezoidal wheels for horizontal and vertical CNC machines. These are small diameter wheels (11, 16, 21 mm) for the contouring of notches and / or recesses on glass for INTERIOR FURNISHING such as DOORS, SHOWER BOXES, STAIRS, etc., which can be used on CNC MACHINES. These wheels are produced with a reduced diamond thickness (0,5mm) in order to avoid the deformation of their original shape.

The reduced cost compared to sintered wheels derives from the cheaper production process and the advantage of purchasing individual wheels to be used with a SINGLE WHEEL BODY.
ALWAYS PERFECT GLASS EDGE
Thanks to the limited diamond thickness (0,5mm) the wheels DO NOT DEFORM due to wear and therefore their original profile ensures a CONSTANT FINISH for their entire duration.
QUICK AND SIMPLE REPLACEMENT
Once worn, the wheel can be easily replaced (with a new wheel) by simply unscrewing the old one and screwing the new one. The particular coupling system guarantees MAXIMUM ROTATION PRECISION (concentricity). It is essential to use these wheels ONLY WITH AN COUNTERClockwise ROTATION. OTHERWISE THE WHEEL COULD UNSCREW AND CAUSE ACCIDENTS.
EASY CNC PROGRAMMING
A SINGLE PROGRAM for ANY GLASS THICKNESS (4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm) and for ANY DIAMETER (11, 16, 21 mm).
ONE SUPPORT FOR ALL WHEELS
It is possible to use a SINGLE WHEEL SUPPORT (½ gas connection), for ANY THICKNESS OF GLASS and for ALL DIAMETERS of the wheels.
